Support team honoured at Stevie’s awards 2021

A cornerstone of Bandzoogle’s service has always been our support team - we’ve been around for over 17 years, which is a long time for any tech company.  And we’ve always known that a big part of this longevity is the result of our connection to all the artists and musicians who use our site builder. 

There’s a reason this is important to us - almost everyone here at Bandzoogle is a musician as well! 

Our founder Chris started Bandzoogle so he could more easily post content for his band and fellow label mates. Our CEO Stacey is not only the head of our company, but she actually started out as our company's very first support technician. 

In the early days of Bandzoogle, our support had less people than you could count on one hand - now it is a 15 person operation spread across the globe, from Canada to Argentina, England and Europe to New Zealand.

If you talk to anyone in support via our live chat or email, then you are very likely talking to someone who loves making and living for music, just like you. We’re all invested in ensuring our support is of high quality - it is something that is really, really important to us.

So it’s with a great sense of pride that we're announcing that the Bandzoogle support team has won a coveted Stevie® Award, placing Silver for Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year in the Tech Industry sector for 2020.

For those that don’t know, the Stevie® Awards are the world's premier business awards. They were created in 2002 to honor and generate public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide.

Over 2,600 companies from 48 countries were vying for the various juried Stevie awards last year, so we know we were competing with a lot of really solid contenders.  It makes winning this award that much more humbling.

Of course, we’d never have won this without the people we support at Bandzoogle, specifically our members. Helping you make music websites is the reason we do what we do . We can now say that our team is an award-winning one, so a big thanks to all of you as well as we accept this award!
