While Bandzoogle provides support via email, we also offer support through our live chat service right on our bandzoogle.com home page, and in our member accounts. This is a feature we started in 2006, and we help hundreds of our members every day through our Live Chat now!

Our support team works across the globe, from Canada and the US, to South America, Europe and New Zealand. They can play more than 17 instruments across the team (from Banjo to Theremin), can offer support in English, French, and Spanish, and are ready to help if you have questions or need online help.

We consider our Bandzoogle live chat to be an integral part of how we support musicians online, and know how important it can be to get an answer to a question or problem quickly - and like our email support, it’s available 7 days a week.
