Over the last few months, we’ve continued to prioritize updates to help musicians make even more money from their music, and updated features to reflect requests we’ve received. Take a look at what we’re doing!
Updated cart for an improved shopping experience
To help your customers experience a seamless checkout flow when purchasing music, merch, or tickets on your band website, we’ve revamped the shopping cart. This was a big update which has resulted in a more sleek, mobile-friendly cart. It features an easily clickable button so customers can browse your website, add things to their cart, and click whenever they’re ready to check out.
The more modern and sleek layout of the cart will automatically match the rest of your website, letting you spend more time on what you love (making music!) while also making more money with your website sales.
Naming store features
On the editing side, it’s easier than ever to manage your store features. You can now name your Store features to easily keep track of multiple Store features on different pages of your site. If you’re managing merchandise for multiple artists, have different pages for different projects, or are directing people to specific stores for different releases, this makes it convenient (and quick!) to update your store products.
Take a look in your Selling Tools dashboard to locate the different store features by name once you’ve created them, and quickly add products to each.
Time zone in events
Now you can add time zones for your events in the Calendar feature. This makes it easier than ever for fans to buy tickets in advance if you’re on tour, as they can clearly see the correct time and be confident that they’ll be able to make the show.
Plus, you can eliminate some of the uncertainty for events like live streams - fans can always be sure what time the event is taking place, even if they’re on the other side of the world.
Transaction history filtering and exporting
It’s easier than ever to manage your sales, too, with improved transaction exports. Head to the transaction history section of the control panel, to search for specific queries. Then, you can export those specific results.
This can come in handy for tax time, tracking sales from specific date ranges, or even for checking which of your orders still need to be shipped out.
Bigger tracks for pro users
Sell larger music files on the Pro plan! You can now upload tracks up to 600mb - an increase from the 200mb limit on Lite and Standard plans. If you have longer tracks, or just want to offer higher quality WAV files for purchase, that option is available to you now.
